What Causes Headache, Muscle Pain, Sweating, Fever And Nausea?

It started with a severe headache 7/13 at 4am. Urgent care visit on 7/14 with severe headache and muscle aches, sweats, fever of 101.6, shaking, nausea, light hurt my eyes. Shot of toredal, muscle relaxers and nausea pills. sick for 5 days, headaches still occuring but not as severe, bright light bothers me, slight nausea, tired, not sleeping well. Dr checked me for West Nile virus, Lymes, nothing. Potassium is low.

Hello, thanks for asking from HCM.

It can be due to influenza virus, common cold. You should take rest, drink plenty of water/fluids, have multivitamin capsules (Vit C+B complex), avoid cold food/drink/environment, drink hot/warm tea/milk/coffee.
For fever, take paracetamol after prescription. You will recover in next 4-5 days. If still no recovery, consult doctor for blood culture, complete blood count and serology to confirm the cause.
