Hello,
your reports suggest that your blood sugar levels are very high along with high cholesterol and high triglyceride levels.Your urea level is also slightly high and needs to be properly looked into.
Since such a treatment can not be undertaken by any online doctor,you must consult a diabetologist or an internal medicine specialist for proper treatment and proper investigations for kidney involvement.
