hi my nephew in Egypt has a virus in blood make a high fever and the doctor said no medication except tylonol for fever and he said he can take vitamin omega-3&6 300 ml for brain to no be damage because of this virus what is the best formula of original brain formula I can got him he said over the counter thank u
