Suggest Medication In Pregnancy

Hello,Dr. I'm dr.Indrani Kar .I have PCOS & was suffering from infertility,as my menstrual cycle was irregular.now i'm pregnant,but i don't know when was my ovulation.my LMP was 19.09.2011.but on 20th october my home pregnancy test was -ve.but +ve on 03.11.2011.so what i have to do now?do i have to take any medication?please,help me.

Hello Indrani
Please go for an ultrasound scan to date your pregnancy.
Then you would know how many weeks you are pregnant, as you had irregular cycles, the dates wont be reliable for that purpose.
You should be taking folic acid ( 5 mg per day Folvite ) .
