Hi
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Your symptoms might be due to Heat stroke /Heat cramps/ Heat fever. I advice you to,
- Inj. Voveran IM stat
- Tab. Paracetamol 500mg 1-1-1-1 for pain
- cold sponging
- Ice bag on head & ice compress to forehead till the headache & burning Sensation settles
- Shift to a cool room
- maintain electrolyte balance by increased intake of salt & fluids

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
