Hi, I am a 30 year old, married female. I have a two year old and with the exception of still needing to lose 10 lbs of left over baby weight, I am very healthy. Recently my husband had a horrible eczema outbreak, did not get it treated quick enough, and developed a staph infection. Before the staph diagnosis, I thought it was only eczema (not contagious) and we hadn't seen each other in a few days and had sex (in a hotel jet bath). A week later, bumps formed on my labia (they appeared to be white heads). I saw a RN the following business day and was given a Z pack, but my culture results are not in yet. The bumps are painful, it hurts to walk...I'm really hoping it is only a staph infection, but what can I do to relieve the pain?
