General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Pharyngitis will be the possibility. Antibiotics is the treatment of choice. You can start on antibiotics preferably amoxicillin. Do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
