Suggest Medication For Severe Nausea & Vomiting

My mom is age 56 and has been in the hos for five days with severe nausea vomiting and pain they have done CT SCAN MRI and GI scope down in the stomach they all came back negative but her condition has not changed she is in severe pain please help than

I really appreciate your concern, if the concern test are unremarkable as long as the abdomen pain is concern then it may be due to functional elements it may be vague abdomen pain once the patient is in hospital then it is nothing to worry because she will be taken good care there, hope this information helps.
