Suggest Medication For Severe Migraine

i have severe migraine problem.in a month i am suffering from this pain from 30 days to 15 to 20 days.i have severe vomiting problem also 4tlmes or 6 time in that day,now a days my pain starts i take 1st ondansteron orally disintegrating tablets IP 4 mg and rabeprazole sodium and domperidone capsules at a time one by other then after few minutes i take vasograine and after 1o minutes i am free from this pain,sir i want to know that is it safe or not or i will take other medicines?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and agree that you have features of migraine.

The symptomatic treatment that you are having now is fine. However, in view of frequent headaches, you need to be on preventive medications as well, to reduce the frequency and severity of headaches.

Good medicines for prevention of headaches in migraine include topiramate, divalproex, flunarizine and beta blockers.
