Hello and welcome to HCM,
Frequency oral ulceration could be due to deficiency of vitamin B complex.
The deficiency of vitamin B complex causes oral lesions, cheilitis, angular stomatitis etc.
You can start with supplements containing vitamin B complex on regular basis.
You can get complete hemogram with peripheral smear examination to look for any evidence of anemia.
In ulcers occur, you can use topic ulcer healing and antiseptic ointment readily available in the market.
Local anesthetic ointment can be used before eating to reduce pain when food comes in contact with oral mucosa.

Thanks and take care
