What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Oral Ulcer?

I have been light headed, a little bit dizzy nauseous at times, and the top of my mouth feels like it has a sore on it. I play tennis 3 to 5 times per week. I have seasonal allergies and have not taken any allergy medication for approximately a month.

Your symptoms suggest mixed anemia (iron and b12 deficiency). You need to get your hemoglobin checked. If normal then do consider hypoglycemia, you may not be eating well and due to the exercise leading to low glucose and hence the dizziness
