General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello dear , hi

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* When not healing with conventional creams , that indicates it is obviously
pathological which needs evaluation .

* Guidelines for better recovery

- Consult your surgeon for procto anoscopy examination .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water added antiseptic
liquids for 5 minutes each 3 times a day )
- Local application of Aloe vera gel helps a lot .
- Manage to get soft , smooth bowel evacuations on regular basis with
diet management .

Hope this will help you for sure .

Wishing you fine recovery .
Regards .
