Suggest Medication For Rash

I have had a rash on my extremities for about three months. I took a one week course of steroids and the rash returned. I noticed it after I was working in my spring garden. I am not sick, fatigued, or have I lost any weight. I do mammograms on woman all day and I am constantly touching patients. It is not ringworm.
