Suggest Medication For Loose Motions And Mucous In Stools

m having constipation prblm.. loose motions 1nce or 2wice a day since 2-3 days.. motions contain mucus in them.. i am a female of 20 years.. last year i had the prblm of dysentry(mucus plus blood) for abt 3 weeks... which tablet should i take to overcome dis prblm
