Suggest Medication For Irregular Periods Due To Pcos

We are married and its been 6 months. My wife is having irregular periods due to PCOS. She was advised to take duphaston tablet for 10 days twice a day. She got periods on 24th day itself. We are trying for pregnancy and getting negative result. Is it a big deal in getting pregnant once had PCOS?

u start folvite 5 mg , syrup evecare 2 spoons twice a day, tab ovabless once a day .all this at least 3 to 4 months and try between 12 to18 days of menses with unprotected sexevev then u r not coceiving then consult to ur doc for more investigation and further management.
