Suggest Medication For Irregular Menstruation Due To Overweight Condition

What is going on? Ok so im 22/f n has been overweight my whole life with irregular periods. I want a baby but my periods have been going from irregular to regular back to irregular. I took depo last november n has bleed for the whole 3 months. Turns out, the shot gave me an ulcer. Now I have been bleeding for a month npw. It would b light some days then heavy. During sex, it stops and it comes back light. There are days when its not there then comes back. Now my stomach hurts like a hungry cramp feeling. Whats going on? Am I infertile?
