OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Typhoid fever a month to resolve with proper antibiotics. If the fever is high grade, then admitting the patient and taking injectable antibiotics is suggested. It is also possible that the fever may stop and then again get fever after a week, so finishing the antibiotics course as suggested by physician is advisable.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
