Suggest Medication For Diarrhea, stomach Pain And Back Pain.

I am a 43 year female. This last monday evening after eating, I began feeling sick to my stomach. I went to bed. After waking on Tuesday, I was still sick to my stomach. I had loose bowel movements. Sharp stabbing pain in the middle of my stomach. Light headed, lower back pain, shortness of breath to some extent, feel drained. I feel full, even though I haven't eaten. Slight headache. I do not have my appendix, nor am I pregnant.

Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-For diarrhea, you can take over the counter options like Imodium
-Take probiotics
-Drink liquids
-For the stomach pain, you can use acetaminophen (Aspirin Free Anacin, Liquiprin, Panadol, and Tylenol). But don't use non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs) like aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen. They can irritate your stomach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
