me and my friend ate burger king about 2 days ago. I noticed i started getting sick that night. I puked and now I am still puking. My abdomen is hurting so bad and my back also. I started running a fever of 99.3 but it broke. Now i have diarrhea and I just feel so bad.

I recommend using over the counter option like Imodium for diarrhea.
I also recommend using daily probiotics.
I suggest drinking liquids and eating a plain diet which consists of banana, rice, apple juice.
