Suggest Medication For Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain
12 days ago I got diarrhea with abdominal pain. Every time I would eat I would get a pain in my stomach and then diarrhea again. For the first three days I had fever and chills. It seemed that I was getting better after taking some oil of oregano but today I started with pain and diarrhea again.

Noted the history diarrhea and pain in abdomen for the last 12 days, more on eating, fever and chills.
This is indicative of gastroenteritis with probably severe inflammatory lesion inside.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Get a CT scan of the abdomen as it can know if there is any inflammatory lesion inside.
Tests of stool, blood and urine helps.
Clinical evaluation, examination and investigations helps to get an appropriate diagnosis and proper treatment.
