Hello!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
Since your daughter has three days taking regularly an antibiotic I don't see a reason why her temperature is still high and you haven't see any improvement.
I suggest you to take her back to her pediatrician so he can examine her again and find out why her isn't improving.
It is important to do another visit because many bacteria have developed the ability to resist certain antibiotic and if this is happening with your daughter the pediatrician will prescribe you the right antibiotic.

Meanwhile keep her fever under control, give her Ibuprofen or Paracetamol to do that. She need to rest and eat healthy food, most green vegetables.
Be careful with her dehydration, give her drink plenty of fluids.

Hope it helped.
Wish your daughter a quick and complete recovery.
