Suggest Medication For Acid Reflux Causing Chest Pain
My son is a college student. He called my and told me that the last two nights he has been having some chest pains and then throws up several times. I think it is heartburn or acid reflux. It happened at the same time both nights, around 10 p.m. What do you think it could be? Should he go to the ER.

acid reflux causes pain abdomen or chest pain (heart burn) but as u are saying he is also throwing up i thin it could be gastoenteritis and he should go toER
but he could try a proton pmp inhibitor and prokinetic agent before going to ER
