Suggest Medication For A Stabbing Pain In The Back

I have HORRIBLE SEVERE stabbing pain in my back/shoulder/neck area. I have had it for years. I am in so much pain right now I am near tears. Nothing has helped, and my doctor won't call me back. I have no insurance and I am a student. Please tell me what I can do!

Hi
it could be acute cervicalgia
please get an X ray cervical spine if it comes normal go for an MRI
meanwhile wear cecervical collar
tab diclofenac 75 mg thrice daily with chlorzoxazone for pain relief
tab pantoprazole to reduce drug induced hyperacidity
don't use pillow
