Suggest Me Treatment For Bloating Lower Stomach With Spasms?

I have extreme abdominal and lower stomach bloating everyday. when it s really bad I get sharp pains, cramping and muscle spasms all over my body, face, head, torso, groin, legs everywhere. I feel like I have a lot of air trapped but all my organs are too tense too let it through. I ve tried all the natural remedies for bloating and pushing wind through the body that I ve heard of to no effect. I ve had lung scans, colonoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound and put on proton inhibitors twice to no effect. Just constant pain or spasming. Any ideas docs?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have bloating of stomach and no cause is found. Hence your symptoms indicate that you are suffering from non-ulcerative dyspepsia. You have to make certain lifestyle modification. To prevent your problem of gaseous distention you need to avoid:

1) hot beverages
2) avoid cabonated drinks
3) avoid smoking
4) avoid mouth breathing

You also need to do the following:

1) avoid spicy food and hot preparations like tea and coffee
2) use atleast 2 cushions at bed time that will help you to reduce the reflux
3) avoid sleeping within 2 hours of food
4) you need to be started on a ppi like tab rabeprazole

With these minor habit changes I have observed many of my patients improving. Those who have not improved with tablets have been observed to improve with these habit changes. Please follow these habits for 1 month and message me back. I would be happy to hear from you.
