Suggest Dosage Of Mifepristone And Misoprostol For Abortion
Dear sir Im 45 day pregnent but in confusion because there is negative result in urine test. But a probability that im pregnant because i my last period date was 27 jun 2014. Im not able to go to doctor or ultrasound due to my personal problem. Pls sir tell me. What could i do? Can i take the tablets Mifepristone and Misoprostol. How can i take this. Whats the method to take the both tablets. And whats the dose of both. My weight is 57 and age is 21. And a good health. Pls sir tell me full method to take the medicine. And eat aftet food or any time like early morning empty stomach. --

First of all, you must repeat the home pregnancy test or undergo blood test for beta-hCG to confirm pregnancy. Without positive test result, you CAN'T take abortion pill. It may cause ill-health effect.
On NEGATIVE test, I can suggest progesterone pill (Norethisterone) for 5 days to induce period. You will get your period within 5 to 7 days after stopping medicine.
On POSITIVE test, you have to undergo medical abortion under the guidance of local gynecologist.
By procedure, at first, you need to take Tab Mifepristone or Mifegest 200mg (ideally 600mg) on D1, after 48 hrs take 2 Tab Misoprostol 200mg in the morning and other 2 tabs need to insert inside vagina under supervision of gynecologist or local doctor.
Never take those medicine by own as may create serious ill health effect like excessive vaginal bleeding etc.
You may need double dose sometimes. Soon after taking Tab Misoprostol, abdominal cramp and vaginal bleeding start within 7 days and next period may be earlier/delayed.
Post pill abortion, you must do a USG lower abdomen to check retained bits/ conceptional products if any and may need D &C to complete abortion.
Practice safe sex by using safe period/OCP/ other methods to prevent unwanted pregnancy.

Use safer sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
Also check for foul smelling vaginal discharge for infection.
