Suggest Diet To Reduce Cholesterol And Bp Levels

hello i am 32 years f virgin .my weight's 95 kg .i have high blood pressure ,cholesterol and blood urea i fell pain in my heart some times but i am scared that y didn't go doctor so please kindly guide me diet that reduces my weight,high blood pressure ,cholesterol and blood urea.

Hi,

First you should visit your doctor as soon as possible.


Please follow the undermentioned points:-

1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise ( light)
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses/ Barley Porriage + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep
