Suggest Diet To Maintain Pancreatic Health

Nearly three years ago my husband was admitted to hospital several times for acute pancreatitis-AP.. Since then he has been living quiet a healthy lifestyle, has significantly reduced his alcohol intake to about one night out every 7 or 8 weeks. But recently he has been experiencing the same burning, raw soreness that he associates with AP especially in the morning. We think it may be due to changes for the worst in diet. Are there any foods that he should avoid to maintain pancreatic health? Thank you.

For pancreatic health avoid sugars or sweets. Don't take too much of fat no fried foods . take more of fibre like salads, no butter, cheese. If weight n height has been provided so could have. Counsel better. No chiwda chakli intake. No papad pickle intake. No oil in chapati. less of spices. No more intake of chilli. Boil veggies than cook. Oil consumption throughout day should be 2-3 tsp. Prefer brown bread snadwhich, channa murmura or sprouts as they didn't consume oil. Prefer fruits no juices to avoid infection. Consult deitician with height weight and diet routine to counsel better .
