I appreciate your concern regarding low weight.
Firstly it is very imp for you to understand the fact that 45 lgs for your age is not a poor weight at all. Yes, it's slightly on he lower side, but healthy enough.
Now if you are concerned about your skinny looks, then in that case it becomes a different issue. Here I would further want probe into your complaints, for which may I have your and on the following questions:
1) does the concern about your looks is the priority in your life currently?
2) do you think your low weight is the major problem that has caused all other problems In your life?
3) Lately, do you feel low for most of the times during day?
4) are sleeping less or more than usual these days?
5) Are you greeting tired early than usual these days?
The reason why I am asking is to rule out underlying
depression in your case.
