Suggest Diet Plans After Analyzing Liver Function Test Results

My SGOP and SGPT is reported as 107 U/L and 169 U/L respectively. my age is 37 and my glucose fasting is tested at 124mg/dL and also triglycerides is reported as 208 mg/dL. Besides this, Gamma Glutamyl Trasferase is reported as 97.9 U/L. Please advise my diet for controlling these. My height and weight are 177 cms and 85 kgs. respectively. - Atul Sharma

Hi I can understand your concern.

You have impaired glucose tolerance with high cholesterol and imraired liver profile.

So below is some guidelines for you.....

1.Use minimum oil in cooking.

2.Omega 3 fatty acid containing oil is useful like sunflower or olive oil..

3.Drink more water and fruit juices.

4.Green leafy vegetables taken more.

5.Strictly avoid smoking and alcohol.

6.Regularly do 1 hour walking or jogging like exercise.

7.Avoid refined food and sugar.

8.apple, orange like fruits useful.

9.Avoid trans fat like pizza, burger, pork meat, cheese, butter etc.
