Hello thanx for using hcm,
You should give v low fat , moderate carbohydrate , moderate protein high fibre diet.
Cut down on all fat sources like butter, ghee, cream, redmeats, fried foods, bakery products, processed foods.
Serve whole cereals rather than refined cereals avoid juices, sweetened drinks, carbonated drinks.
Alcohol and high protein consumption increases uric acid levels, proteins are obtained from foods like milk, all kinds of meats including sea food , dal , beans, nuts.so limit portion of consumption.
Regular exercise or aerobics helps in staying healthy.Minimum 45 minutes of workout is must daily.
Take care
