Suggest Cause &medications For Pain In Pelvic Area In Females With PCOS

I am having some strange pains in my pelvic area. (I am female.) The pain is not consistent, I have gone months without it and then other times it happens several times a day. Most of the time it just feels like pressure in my perineum, as if something hard is poking me, but nothing ever is. Sometimes this pain upgrades to a sharp stab. It usually happens when sitting, but it can happen when standing too. I find it is worse than I am menstruating. I have been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome. Does this have anything to do with that?

Hi,

I have gone through your question and I understand your concern. There are very less cases of PCOS in which pain is not experienced. But The symptom you mentioned in your question is a feature of PCOS. You can take some analgesic like Meftalspass to overcome your pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
