General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

As per my clinical experience, the pelvic pain which interferes with routine activities can be attributable to various reasons as:
- Pelvic inflammatory condition
- Disturbances in urinary system as ureter calculus or gravels
- Non specific as muscle spasms or else

However, a detailed history, physical examination and relevant investigations are mandatory to arrive at a particular diagnosis and curative plan formation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
