Suggest Cause For Shortness Of Breath With Dry Cough In Type 2 Diabetic Pateints

Hi, I recently began suffering from shortness of breath and a persistent dry cough. At times there are bouts of dizziness. Echocardiogram check showed no problems. I am Type 2 diabetic and use Aspirin 81mg; Glycinorm 80; Bendrofluazide 2.5 mg; and Enapril 10 mg (2 tabs daily). Could any of these together or separately cause the condition? Are there any other complications I should consider?

dear sir I can understand your concern.
The medicine what you are taking are very good and hope your sugars are under good control.
there is a small problem with Enlapril but it's a very good medication for kidney protection ,Enlapril is known to cause dry cough.
I suggest to meet your doc and change that drug to telmesartan or olmesartan which will have similar protective effect as Enlapril.
