Suggest Better Treatment For Acne

Hello I'm 28 years female have acne not severe case I consulted the dermatologist 5 days ago. I wanted to ask him about the "cure acnee" medicine. He refused to gave it to me in my case. He prescribed the doxylag 100 twice per day for 5 days and than once for 3weeks. I'm using 2creams the locacyd at night And the duac in the morning. In the 4th day when I applied the locacyd I felt my face burning and it started itching me. Any recomendations plz ?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
It seems you have got local irritation to the creams you have used. It called Contact irritant dermatitis.
Nothing to worry as your skin will be fine soon.
I would advise you a week course of oral prednisolone in low dose (5-10mg).
Apply a mild corticosteroid like desonide and antibiotic like fusidic acid twice a day.
After good quality moisturiser like cetaphil DAM twice a day over full face.
Avoid use of any cosmetics/facewash for few days.
Avoid direct sun exposure and use water-based sunscreen before stepping out in sun.
