Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern for your beloved mom.
For high BP, she must reduce her dietary salt intake, excess of salt like pickles, ready to eat snacks, canned foods, red meat, etc.
She should avoid high caloric diet (sweets, cake, ice creams, chocolates, etc) for the control of blood glucose. To reduce the lipid levels, you should avoid fatty meals, fast and junk foods, alcohol (if she consumes), organ meals, smoking, etc.
She should avoid red meat, pulses, legumes, red meat, organ meals, sea foods like shrimps, spinach, borrocoli etc to lower the uric acid.
She should increase the intake of fruits, whole grain meals, vegetables, bran, etc.
Hope the suggestions given above would be useful in controlling her high BP, diabetes and uric acid.
A feed back is appreciated.
