Suggest An Alternative To Melgain Ointment For Treatment Of Vitiligo?

Hello Sir, I have one white patch on lower part of my stomach since my childhood. I visited the Max Hospital Gurgaon for 3-4 times. Dr. diagnosed it as Vitiligo. He advice me the following things; Melgain ointment and a cream (i don t remember the name right now) Now i am traveling to USA for one year and i forgot to carry the extra Melgain with me. The treatment is showing positive results and pigments are appearing on affected area. I don t want to change the treatment. Please suggest; what i should do?? Please help me Dr. Please suggest if anything equivalent is available here in US.
