Suggest Alternate Medicine For OCD

I am Rabiah (age-33 yrs, wght:85Kg, Height:165 cms) and suffering from OCD for a long time back. I am taking a tablet of 150 MG named Fluvoxin. Now I am fed up with taking this medicine for so long, How can I get rid of OCD & this medicine permanently. Is there any other medicine in Herbal or Ayurveda for OCD? please advice

1. Since OCD itself is a spectrum of disorders thus other mental health conditions need to be diagnosed accurately and then the treatment provided is more responsive.
2. Fluvoxin [fluvoxamine] is given in OCD as well as in Depression and social anxiety disorder, and some of the adverse effect of the drug is/are: agitation/ depression/anxiety/abnormal ejaculation [consult your doctor for exhaustive list]
3.massage of the entire body using: Mahanarayan oil and Mahamash oil;
4.Panchkarma procedures like 'Shiro- Basti' and 'Virechan- Nasya';
and repeated courses of medicated enemas using medicines like Dashmool-Qadha, Sahachar oil and Vishgarbha oil.
