Suggest A Diet For Cholesterol Patient
My husband is 49 years old. He just had two stents implant. He has very high cholesterol. what kind of ffood is he allowed to eat to avoid any other blood clogs and to reduce his cholesterol? He has a family history of high cholesterol and heart desease. Are these stents for life or would they have to be changed later on in life? And when will he be ready to have sexual intercourse and how frequent can he do it? Thank you

For high cholesterol he has to take cholesterol reducing drugs.stict diet i.e low salt/fat diet,less of oil,red meat,diary,baked,refine,preserved food.regular exercises atleast 30 minutes in a day.mostly these stents have a life of around 10- 15 years if following all the above measures.in case it gets occluded then an angigram has to be done then based on it can go for CABG.He can have normal sexual life after a month of stent implantation.
