Suggest Thyronorm Dosage For An Infant

hello doctor, my kid is 10 moths old now, he is having hypothyroidisim and is under treatment from 15th day of his birth. Right now his weight is 7.5kg and height is 70.5cm. The dose of thyronorm given is 25mg and his level of TSH and t3 seems to be ok. can you please advice if this doe is correct?
