hi my sugar level is 5.5 . cholesterol level is 5.5, triglycerides level is 1.3 all before breakfast , I do have numbness in my legs when ever I intake high calories food like sugar , beef ,& oily stuff ?, I do normal routine work , no real exercise regularly ...

Hello,
Long standing diabetics tend to develop peripheral neuropathy.
You must keep your blood sugar and blood pressure levels within tight control.
In addition you can take VIT B12 supplements along with VIT D.
Stop alcohol and smoking and start doing regular aerobic exercises.
