Suffering With Abnormal Bleeding After Periods. Bleeding Stops With Pause500 But After That Continues. What To Do?

Hi.. This is Raghavendra.. My wife is suffering with abnormal bleeding daily.. After 10 days of periods, the bleeding is there every day and not controlling at all... She is taking Pause500 which is Tranexamic Acid tablets.. but when she is taking bleeding stops but after that bleeding continues.. Scan has done it shows normal pelvic examination.. Please suggest me what we can do

Abnormal uterine bleeding needs special evaluation and management. It is important to exclude known causes like uterine fibroids before attributing this to hormonal abnormalities in their own. An abdominal ultrasound shall yield very important information. In case of need, your gynecologist might ask for a uterine biopsy. But this comes at a later stage. Kind regards
