Suffering From Whooshing Sound In Ear. Causing Headaches And Sleepless Nights. Guide

Looking for any help to assist me with getting rid of annoying whooshing sound in my left ear who h I have had for some time. Not sure if it's from how my head is positioned at night or tense muscles from working at a nursing home but I'm desperate to get rid of it as it is now causing many headaches and sleepless nights.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
These sounds can be because of tiredness.
Secondly you need to see ENT specialist to
get your ears examined for any infection
pure tone audiometry (hearing test)
Impedance audiometry to see if there is fluid behind the ear drums or to see that reflexes in ear muscles are ok
Then further tests depend on the report of these tests .
If you have nasal symptoms then do start with decongestant tablets and mucolytics.
