Suffering From Urinary Infections. Burning Sensation During Urniation And Pain. What Are The Required Treatment?

Sir,My age is 32 yrs and for last 20 odds days i have been suffering from urinary infections .I have done routine test earlier which showed puss cell 3-5 hpfand epithelial cell 2-4 Hpf After 20 days again i did the test as there was burning sensation during urniation and pain.The pain also stays for sometime .The medication i was given Norflox 400 .This time report showed trace of aLBUMIN,RBC -3-4 HPF and PUS Cell 3-4 hpf and crystal of cALCIUM Oxalate present.Please advise me how to go about the treatmentand what treatment i should go for?

Hello sorry to hear your problem dear your signs symptoms are suggestive of urinary tract nfection,,,, you need life style modification too,,,use clean undergarments ,,,use clean water,,,ewash your area properly,,adapt healthy sexual lofe,,,use fresh juices and lot of water,,,,,regards medicines best option is to do urine culture abd sensitivity for proper antibioyic,,,,for your trace albumin screen your self for diabetis ,,,for rbc if you are female in your cycle its normal ,,,if you are male or female not in cycle then its not normal,,,it mean you have stone impacted in your tract do ultrasound lower abdomen and X!RAY KUB,,,,stay blessed
