Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Your symptoms seem to be related to rhinosinusitis. This is inflammation of the nasal passages and sinuses. It can present with nasal congestion, sneezing, post nasal drip, intermittent sore throat and hoarseness. The bleeding may be as a result of inflammation of the nasal passages.

You can consider using a topical nasal decongestants such as otrivine for 3 days, this is the length of time that it is normally advised it should be used.
In terms of longer term treatment, the use of a topical nasal steroid spray would be best. These would include sprays such as nasonex, flonase, rhinocort, beconase.
In addition the use of an oral decongestant and antihistamine would also provide relief. These often exist in combination such as allegra d, zytec d or clarinase.

i hope this helps
