Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Normal CT scan is a good news, however, your symptoms are still persisting.

We should also exclude a central cord syndrome, where minor damage to spinal cord in the cervical region (neck area) may occur in accidents such as yours.

MRI of cervical spine should be done, if you do not imrpove in a few days.

Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
