Suffering From Severe Spondolysis, Have Pain In Neck And Giddiness. Treatment?

I am suffering from servical spondolysis since long.Several times I sufered pain in the neck and gidiness.But during brisk wald I develop pain both arms and then rediates to both hands and fingers which is very severe.but if stop for few minutes and start stretching my neck for a while up,the pain start diminishing.Please advice what I should do.

You have clear cut symptoms of multi level degenerative disc disease with nerve root compression. Fresh MRI of cervical spine is required to assess the exact pathology. If conservative treatment of physiotherapy & cervical collar fails to improve the symptoms, surgery of Disc may be required.
