Suffering From Prolonged Nasal, Throat And Chest Congestion During Winter Season. Treating It With Montelukast, Ebastine, Ketotifen

Dear doctor, I am 50 yrs. old, Male, service holder. Since long i have been suffering from nasal congestion , throat & chest congestion- very often feel clearing throat, feeling of uneasiness and mild pain at the left side of head , even it transmitted upto the back side of head while i encounter cold weather especially in winter season, itching inside ear, finger and toe get cold in winter, throughout the whole year i have to use warm water for bathing, some time i feel pain at the throat after shampooing my hair, and some time i feel feverish after shampooing. From all these i have been suffering since 1982. By the way, previously in the year 1980 i was infected with lung TB and cured completely. Again i have got acidity prolem, mild ibs, prostate gland enlargement and allergy problem with certain kind of food, mild high pressure. But no breathing problem or Asthmatic spasm. Immunology Report-total IgE-68.70 Iu/ml, Haematology report-ESR-7, eosinophil-.63(k/muL) /9.00(Leucocyte count), Bronchoprovocatin Positive. No lungs problem in X-ray.

I am under treatment of a chest diseases & medicine specialist since july/2012 and an urologist since Nov/2009. Presently I am having Medicines--> Montelukast 10mg, ebastine 10 mg, ketotifen 1 mg, theophyline 200 mg, Bexitrol-F(Inhaler), Fluticasone furoate (nasal spray), Losartan Potassium, Tamsulosin hydrochloride .4mg , Oxyphenonium 5mg, and Famotidine 40 mg . Please advise me. h.rahman

the medicines can control but not cure
you are allergic to something and as the time passes more systems are involved and previous signs increases
i have many patients like this you can get allery tests from allergy doctor and treat by sublingual immunotherapy as this is giving excellent results in our centre
