Suffering From Pimples, Spreading. Remedy?
i had a pimple on my body,since my teenage,now i'm 25. it start on my face increasing to my chest and back. i got many advice that it will end up after some time,but it still continue and i'm worry about it. i already approach many doctor,still it same. some symptom about it are, it serious when i had a mind stress,digestive problem,not welsleep,etc. ido my best to cure it like, drinking water , avoid taking smelly food,roden food, meat,oil, etc. but it does not completely cure.so i need your advice. thank.

as you are having extensive lesions, it would be better if you take oral anti acne drugs like azithromycin and/ or isotretinoin. This would not only help in treating the existing lesions but would reduce further recurrence too. as these are prescription drugs, so should be taken under doctor's guidance. Use an anti acne soap like acnex or Azac or benzosoft to bathe and wash face. Apply clindamycin gel and adapalene gel over affected areas. Acne can be treated. All you need to do is to consult a qualified dermatologist and be compliant with the treatment provided.
