Suffering From Panic Attack, Felling Of Lump, Tightness In Throat. How To Change The Feeling?

i have been suffering with a panic attack the last week, i dont have the tightening in my chest anymore, but i have this feeling of a lump in the back of my throat . I want to eat but feel i cant as my neck and throat tighten up so bad i feel very sick like a worrying feeling all the time. How can i change this feeling?

I have gone through your query regarding panic attack, feeling of lump, tightness in throat though you can swallow food without obstruction.

Your all symptoms are indicating for GASTRO ESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE.

You may take-

(a) Antacids.

(b) Avoid spicy food.

(c) Prefer liquid diet.

(d) Avoid alcohol and smoking.
