Suffering From Migraine, Headache. Should I Take The Prescribed Medicines?

hello
good evening Doctors
I am suffering from a migraine headache and went to India for the treatment and I just came back
they gave me some medicines and I don't really know when I should take every type of those tablets
the tablets are :
- Kirslow 100
- Naxdom 250
- Topamac ( Topiramate Tablets IP 25mg )
please help me to know when I should take those ?

these r the brand names it would be helpful if u would mention the generic names of these medicines...migraine is treated mainly by the tablet flunarizine 10 for one month once daily...and is treated symptomatically by painkillers like paracetamol and aceclofenac...to prevent migraine we have to prevent the triggering factors like loud sound,bright light which cn trigger the attack of migraine....and avoid certain medicatins like applying topical minoxidil which cn aggravate it
